21st April 2016

Around 4,300 children aged seven to nine squealed with delight and watched in wonder as they went on a journey of discovery at Trinity Park, near Ipswich, at the 16th School Farm and Country Fair.

They were shown the vast range of rich farming marvels which lie beyond the farm gate at an event hosted by the organisers of the Suffolk Show.

Just five weeks before the big event, Suffolk Agricultural Association once again pulled out all the stops to give the county’s children an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience, bringing them up close to the farmers, the crops, the machinery and the animals which feature in a typical East Anglian farm.
